This is my co-teacher Miss Rudy, this was last week when we were decorating our room!

Monday evening was the Small World meet-n-greet for the kids to come see their clasrooms and teachers. It was fun! This is my classroom.
First day of school!! Sooo super cute!
Starla with me in my classoom before going up to hers
Miss Laura. After spending some time explaining to Starla that she would be in a new classroom with a new teacher, it actually turned out that she is in the same classroom with the same teacher! Teachers just moved around to different ages, and that's how it turned out!
Tuesday the cheerleaders at Jarman had a fundraiser taco dinner, so we went
Starla doesn't like tacos, she got McDonalds instead.....
After the dinner was open house, which was from 6-7:30 and consisted of going to each of Bourbon's classes in order and spending about 10 minutes as the teacher gave a presentation about that class and what they were doing in there. Alan took Roman & Starla and went home before that started, there was no way I was hauling them around like that!
At 7:30 we went to the band Parents meeting, which was to get new officers and take a vote on spending money to fix instruments. And guess who is the new President of the Band Parent's Association........yep, it's me. :) Bourbon & I are also signed up to work the football concession stand (to raise band funds) for 2 hours for 2 of the 4 home games this season. Fun times.
And in advance I apologize for the amount of fundraisers that we might hit you up for. Bourbon has already started his first regular school one, and then he will have another one for just the school in the spring. Then he will have one for choir, and 2 for band. And Roman will have 2 for school, and Starla most likely will have one for dance...... :)
2nd day of school, still super cute!
oh how I love this kid, he's so stinking funny. Here he is in the jungle hat my grandma gave him that used to belong to my grandpa, and the rainbow striped jacket that he recovered from unsold garage sale items from our friend Melissa. He loves it of course.
